A great message from a new client – Groundhog UK – Ryan Ratcliffe, supporting their Terex RT45.
People forget that customer service is key. There aren’t many companies that blow me away with their customer service these days, however CROWLAND CRANES LIMITED came to service our crane this morning and their engineer was polite, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. On top of this his van was well looked after and clean something you dont see to often. Leading up to this the whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with when booking us in and its all been done in less than a fortnight! Bravo. #CustomerService
