After the recent engine removal, we have now fully stripped and inspected the V18 Wartsila engine, it is ready for repair and reassembly.

Crank shaft alone weighed 2.5t
135 litre cylinder capacity
5,000 HP rating @ 1,500RPM (max speed)
Fuel consumption on full load – 1,500 litre per hour.
